We collect personal and health information only as needed to provide dental care and to respond to appointment requests.
Baiwei Dental is a dental practice in Ontario. Personal health information is handled in accordance with applicable Ontario privacy law, including PHIPA, and professional obligations.
If you submit the appointment form, the information you enter (such as name, phone, email and a short description of your needs) is sent to our office email so we can contact you. Please do not include sensitive medical details in the message field. We will review health history at your visit.

New patients are welcome. Same-day emergency appointments may be available. We serve patients in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
